Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Employee Number Zero LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with Niro Page. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which you may request a refund for your subscription, as well as the process for obtaining a refund.

Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to a paid plan. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Niro Page for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase.

  • Refund Window: 30 calendar days from the date of your initial subscription payment
  • Refund Amount: Full amount paid, not prorated
  • Applies To: First-time subscriptions (monthly or annual plans)
  • Eligibility: Must be compliant with our Terms and Conditions

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee, you must:

  • Request the refund within 30 days of your initial subscription date
  • Be in full compliance with our Terms and Conditions
  • Not have violated our Prohibited Content policy
  • Not have engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Not have previously received a refund for Niro Page subscriptions

2.2 Full Refund, Not Prorated

If your refund request is approved within the 30-day window, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid for your subscription. The refund is not prorated based on usage or time elapsed.

Examples:

  • If you paid $9.99 for a monthly subscription and request a refund on day 5, you receive the full $9.99
  • If you paid $99.99 for an annual subscription and request a refund on day 28, you receive the full $99.99
  • If you request a refund on day 31 or later, you are not eligible for a refund under this policy

3. Subscription Renewals

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to initial subscriptions. It does not apply to subscription renewals.

3.1 Automatic Renewals

  • Monthly Plans: Renew automatically every month until canceled
  • Annual Plans: Renew automatically every year until canceled

Important: Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. To avoid being charged for a renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

3.2 How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:

  1. Log in to your Niro Page account
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Go to Subscription or Billing section
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Confirm your cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • Your account will revert to the free plan after the current period ends

4. How to Request a Refund

If you would like to request a refund within the 30-day window, please follow these steps:

4.1 Refund Request Process

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to dev@emp0.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include Information: In your email, please include:
    • Your full name
    • Email address associated with your account
    • Date of subscription purchase
    • Reason for refund request (optional but helpful)
  3. Review: We will review your refund request within 3-5 business days
  4. Decision: You will receive an email notification of our decision
  5. Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method

4.2 Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Processing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of approval
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Note: We cannot expedite the processing time of your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

5.1 Terms and Conditions Violations

  • Violation of our Prohibited Content policy (pornography, gambling, guns, drugs, tobacco, nicotine, harmful websites)
  • Posting illegal or infringing content
  • Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior
  • Unauthorized use of the Service or violation of intellectual property rights
  • Account termination due to Terms and Conditions violations

5.2 After 30-Day Window

  • Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the initial subscription date
  • Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
  • Partial refunds for unused time on active subscriptions

5.3 Other Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after the 30-day window
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date
  • Technical issues on your end (e.g., browser compatibility, internet connectivity)
  • Dissatisfaction with features that are clearly described in our documentation
  • Multiple refund requests from the same user

6. Free Trial Policy

From time to time, we may offer free trials of paid features. During a free trial:

  • You will not be charged until the trial period ends
  • You can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged
  • If you do not cancel, you will be automatically charged for a subscription at the end of the trial
  • The 30-day refund window begins from the first paid charge, not from the start of the trial

Example: If you have a 7-day free trial and are charged on day 8, your 30-day refund window begins on day 8 (the first day of paid subscription).

7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Important: If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at dev@emp0.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company.

7.1 Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate termination of your account and access to the Service
  • Loss of all data and canvas pages
  • Inability to rejoin the Service in the future
  • Additional fees charged by payment processors

We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

7.2 Fraudulent Charges

If you believe a charge on your account is fraudulent or unauthorized:

  1. Contact us immediately at dev@emp0.com
  2. Provide details about the unauthorized charge
  3. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue
  4. If confirmed as fraudulent, we will issue a full refund and secure your account

8. Promotional and Discount Codes

If you used a promotional or discount code when subscribing:

  • The refund amount will be the actual amount you paid after the discount was applied
  • The promotional code will not be reissued after a refund
  • Promotional codes are typically non-transferable and one-time use

9. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:

  • Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
  • Sending an email notification to your registered email address
  • Displaying a notice within the Service

Changes to this Refund Policy will apply to subscriptions purchased after the effective date of the change. Subscriptions purchased before the change will be subject to the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
